CLAIR HEALTH / THE TIMELINE

Clair’s promises.
The record behind them.

Clair can rewrite its website. It cannot rewrite the saved record of its claims, study plans and shipping targets.

THE SHIPPING PROMISES / RECORD CHECKED OCTOBER 16

November. December.
Now January.

Clair’s advertised shipping window moves later. The old promises stay on this page. Each entry shows the target and when it was recorded.

  1. Reported shipping plan

    November 2026

    Reported June 17, 2026

    “ship units in November”

  2. Founding Member shipping

    December 2026

    Screenshot filename: October 8, 2026

    “Founding Members ship December 2026.”
Open source (opens in a new tab)
  3. Current advertised shipping

    January 2027

    Observed October 16, 2026

    “Devices ship Jan 2027.”
Open source (opens in a new tab)

The documented fact is a moving advertised target. As of October 16, all three shipping months are still ahead. These records do not establish three missed deadlines or identify which existing orders, if any, were moved.

THE COMPANY’S OWN WEBSITE

December was on the page.
January is there now.

The supplied screenshot is named October 8 and promises December. The homepage retrieved on October 16 advertises January 2027. The wording changed. The filename does not establish when December first appeared, and the first appearance of January is also unknown.

Clair owes customers an explanation: why the advertised window changed, which orders were affected and what earlier buyers were promised. Editing the reserve button does not answer any of those questions.

Launch dates and the conflicting earlier coverage

The deck says “ahead of our November launch”; its B2B slide says “Shipping late 2026.” Launch and shipping are different milestones. Neither wording supplies a precise delivery date.

The March 12 Bizwomen profile gives a Q3 target: “planned formal launch in the third quarter.” February 16 Wareable coverage had already named November for the hardware. The public accounts conflict. That inconsistency deserves an answer, but it does not establish another chronological postponement.

The April and May dates in the archived science materials concern research studies. They are not product shipping deadlines.

The prototype numbers arrive

More than 40 participants. 127 cycles. 94.10% phase accuracy. These are Clair’s figures in its archived essay, which calls the work a proof of concept and says the hardware has since evolved. The headline number does not validate the production device.

The claims get bigger

The dated science FAQ describes internal validation and numerical hormone estimates. It also lays out a staged product roadmap and future independent studies. The promises are there. Independent results are still a future step in that account.

Documented copy / reported change

The old science claims are saved

The saved FAQ carries an October 8 print timestamp. The investigator reports a website refresh that evening. The old claims are preserved; the timestamp alone cannot establish exactly when they were removed.

Preserved company shipping promise

December, in writing

The preserved homepage screenshot advertises December 2026 shipping for Founding Members. The October 8 date comes from the supplied filename. It does not establish when Clair first put that promise on its website.

Dates identify the linked publication or capture. A page’s stated date is separate from its save date. This timeline covers the records cited here.
